We invite you to attend 5th Bi-Annual 2025 Kappa Sigma Theta-Chi Alumni reunion and the 17th Annual Theta-Chi Active annual Golf Tournament April 4-6, 2025, at Poverty Point State Park and the Black Bear Country Club in Delhi, LA. It will be a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with brothers from your days at NLSC / NLU / ULM. This is a brothers only event, so no others should attend the reunion. All are welcome for the golf tournament
The 2023 reunion was a rousing success with over 90 brothers in attendance. We hope to go over 100 for this reunion. This years’ theme is “Bring a Brother”. If you have attended a reunion in the past we encourage you to bring another brother with you or if you have not attended, please make plans to attend and bring another brother with you. To register for the 2025 reunion, click on the Reunion Registration tab on the top of the page. The cost to attend will be $100 per person. This includes meals, water, tea, facilities and administrative expenses. Bring your own beverages of your choice.
The Theta-Chi Active Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday April 5, 2025, at the Black Bear Country Club in Delhi, LA 253 Black Bear Dr. Delhi, LA (318) 878-2162. The tournament will kick off at 9:00 AM on Saturday with shotgun start. You can pre-register by clicking on the Golf registration link on the top of the page. The cost is $125 per person or $500 for a team. Sponsorship packages are available and more details on the packages can be found on the Sponsorship link on the top of the page.
After the tournament, the evening event will begin at 5:00 PM and will feature ULM President, Ron Berry, ULM Head Coach Bryant Vincent. ULM staff to give an update on ULM, the Endowed Scholarship, and other updates. We will have delegates from Kappa Sigma National Headquarters and Theta-Chi’s Executive Council.
As we did in 2023, there will be fundraising for the Kappa Sigma Theta-Chi Alumni Endowed Scholarship fund that was started at the Alumni reunion in 2015. The scholarship fund is currently funded at over $73,000. We have blocked off all 16 rooms at the Black Bear Golf Club hotel.
There are several different room choices available.
Double Room $335 / Weekend 2 Double Beds
King Room $290 / Weekend 1 King Bed
Queen Room $345 / Weekend 2 Queen Beds
King Suite $420 / Weekend 2 King Beds.

We have also blocked off the entire Poverty Point State Park’s 8 cabins and 4 lodges for the entire reunion weekend.
The lodges will sleep 6-8 people, and the cost is $495.00 for the weekend stay. The cabins will sleep 4-6 people, and the cost is $415.00 for the weekend stay. To register for one of the reserved cabins or lodges at the park, click on the Lodges and cabins registration tab on the top of the page.
Breakfast for reunion attendees will be served in the restaurant, and all other meals will be served in the Black Bear pavilion meeting facility at the Black Bear golf course.
The reunion committee realizes that there may be some Brothers that would like to attend, but due to economic challenges may not have the funds to attend. We do not want anybody who would like to attend to be held back by lack of funds, so we have a private Brotherly Assistance registration for Brothers in this situation.
